It's just from my other shorts htat have been collapsing nicely, and I need new targets. I believe in diversity, I've seen too many longs complaining they got wiped out when their stock I was shorting tanked because they had bet it all. I'll take a few hits as long as I win more than I lose, but putting it all on red is not for me. I'm short AMZN with Dec 80 puts that I paid dearly for when AMZN was 75. I'm waiting for them to get back in the money so I can sell them and forget the internuts for a while. I'm not a daytrader, I have a job, which interferes with my trading, damn it! So KRB may not be for me with those wild swings. Got anything that looks overpriced and needs a haircut? I think I will buy some gold call LEAPs, has anyone bought them on the metal itself? Where do I get quotes for that? (and as I say this I realize I have NO business buying those things, I don't know the first thing about them). How far can the evil tower fall? I shorted PVN today at 55, way overpriced, and this is not a good environment for the lenders (as you know), it could get to 25. Shorted NDE Tuesday, got cut in half since then.
