Greg,

Supposing the 15% limit is in place, there is a certain point where dumping your shares to secure a lower price on new shares becomes unequitable. They can convert in November now for 1 1/4. To drive the price to $1.00 for a few days to get a %20 better conversion price would cost them several hundred thousand shares. They would be much better off buying a hundred thousand shares and establishing the share price above $2. They could then leverage announcements, make a bundle on their current shares (owned near $1), and their November shares(could be owned near 1 1/4)...

The 9M assures ANCR of being around a few more quarters without further dilution. FC seems to be heating up finally. If they want to keep throwing size at the ASK, so be it. I am to weathered to care. I will still be here when they are done playing games ;-)

Hi-ho-the-merry-o The Vikes are 5 and 0...
