It's not my job to defend Golfdad, but if you continued reading Yahoo and used some logic, you might have been able to figure out what was really going on. From the top; When's the last, or first, time you heard a company release the name of one of it's insiders selling out large amounts of stock due to margin calls? Whoever did so made a big mistake, and whoever GD talked to as the news was hitting the web tried to deflect(lie) about it or didn't know the facts. GD was trying to get to the bottom of current events, but was mislead. One way of verifying was to ask a broker who was doing the selling, turns out to be the brokerage of the insiders. He went with what came from whoever he contacted. Once the blood was in the water, a mention of possibly 700,000 shares to hit the open market due to margin calls, they all sat back and watched the price nosedive. That would explain the multiple 4000 share blocks; the MM's were teasing the price down to really squeeze the unlucky margin pig(No insult intended, but the old saw, bulls get rich, bears make money, pigs get slaughtered applies when someone margins his butt on one stock, too risky as proven once again). GD is someone who knows the technology, understands the trials process, but was, on this particular occasion, not skeptical enough when dealing with persons who might not be ready to tell the truth. We all have been through quite an ordeal, dealing with the Stone age, false starts and promises, teases of what the technology is doing, rumors of deals just over the horizon and the latest slaps of the repricing and golden parachutes. The S-3 attacks were for real, too many people are hiding behind bogus ID's and far too many have wasted way too much energy getting pissed off at one another for silly comments. One mistake in this arena is hardly cause for your attack on GD's veracity and occupation. If you really want to attack someone, ask yourself why we never see IRhelper and Tawney together? I think that's a much more fertile avenue of exploration. I will ask that Tustin release some statement regarding the current price stumble, but not likely to get one, since the selling may still be going on and a comment could be taken as assistance or put Epstein at greater risk to lower pricing. Looking to get a taste tomorrow if the bleeding continues, Griff
