This is the business of anyone, shareholder or not, that asks this question. This is a publicly traded corporation. Everyone has a right to know. It's everyone's business, shareholder and non-shareholder alike since he is management/insider. He'll have to disclose all; current holdings, past transactions, if EDII does file the 10SB at the end of the month. ww EDIT: Oops, jhild beat me to it. Well, the point bears repeating.
