From my experience in the industry, yes I believe it will continue to grow at around 40% to 45% per year. Maybe I'll change my mind as soon as we see the first earnings report or other info suggesting a slowdown. But for the time being, there is just no indication of that.

You suggested that Wind River potential customers are those who have not heard about Tornado. This is not the case. Everyone has already heard about it. The potential customers are current users of Tornado, users of PSOS/MWAR/VRTX/etc that want to be users of Tornado, and users that currently use proprietary "Roll you own" RTOS. But you cant change the RTOS in the middle of a project. What you will see is that all new projects and major revamps to existing projects will specify Tornado. Every new project that I have been involved in within the past 3 years has chosen Tornado. I do believe that Win CE will become popular with "Low Budget" applications and applications with GUI intensive needs. But this only represents a small fraction of the embedded market and therefor, little impact to WIND. I think the real money is in mass quantity apps, e.g., I2O and such.
