Jim, I have contacted their PR people and always pretty much got the same answer. i.e.They're feverishly working on it. The only current excuse that makes sense is what Pistol said--that they have ditched the effort on the Form 10 and are concentrating on the 10-SB-2. At least for now I'll accept that and see what develops.I haven't said that I thought they were a scam. What I said is that their past may not be as rosy as indicated because IMO there are too many things that don't seem to add up. I may be totally wrong about this. No question. But I may be totally right also.Until I see some convincing data to change my mind,I'll stick with my cynical opinion.
