Colleen: During the time of the Acqueron acquisition, I had spoken to Gutman, who stated there were in excess of 110M. Since then EDII has closed CRC and now the current company, and at much lower share prices (a weakened currency) resulting in much more dillution. I regard to todays announcement, we again have no way of accessing the cost of the deal or profitability of the company, leaving investors again in the dark. I also see no reference to the release of financial informaion. Filing to become fully reporting, while an admirable undertaking which will require EDII to do a 180 in reference to disclosure, could take over a year. We may not see any of those financials soon. Finally, concerning the number of shares Dror may have sold, are there not ways a insider can divest shares without a filing as long as the shares sold are under a % of average volume? jmt
