Clare, are you referring to Mory's EGO, well, if he isn't very careful he may find himself on the bottom of the pond without a swimsuit! Take a good look at Robert Palmer (former CEO of DEC), believe me, shit happens.

I dont understand why everybody is saying "Mory wants this, Mory wants that" when Mory is just a figurehead for the company. He doesnt make these decisions, the board and the shareholders do. He's simply the negotiator, kind of like Secretary of State, just one vote.
