I have to question your judgement when you use the word "explicit" to describe the impeachment process. I guess that you haven't noticed the debate over what constitutes an impeachable offense. And, since you don't consider an illegal overthrow of a country's President, a "coup d'etat", I would respectfully suggest that you spend a little more time becoming more aware of the issues, and a little less time at being rude.
