Balance-Of-Power positive, indicating accumulation. Ditto MoneyStream.

Bullish divergence between the share price and Time-Segmented-Volume indicator, TSV remaining neutral or slightly positive while the share price was declining since May.

This is true. Delisting is nt a quick process. A stock I follow-OXIS, has ben under $1 for some time. They have not even been contacted by Nasdaq yet
