Ciena at this price is now a big big bargain. Bought a full truck load at 9$. Just 1998 customers list up till now include many big names such as: - Cable and Wireless - GST Telecom - Sprint - Bell Atlantic - Hermes Europe Raite - Telia AB of sweden - Racal Telecom - CS Telecom France - Japan Telecom - Japan's DDI - China operations and more to come for 98. Again, imo, ciena fair price should be at around 30$; because of the merger the price had been severely beaten, in fact without any merger implications ciena even with the lost contracts should be at around 30-40$.
