Hank, I agree with your strategy. I know an investor who once averaged down on the company that made Muntz color tv's. He was the major stockholder by the time of the company demise. I am predicting no such bad end for FSTW, I remain optimistic, but there comes a point when you must back off and wait for some confirmation (or denial) of the reasons you bought in the first place. At current prices, you and I plus a couple of other investors that follow this thread could buy all the FSTW shares, but that doesn't mean we should. Unless and until we see some forward progress in revenues.

I judge a company by its fundamentals, not by its stock price action. But sometimes there are messages imbedded in the price action. I hope the recent price action is just market related and that we will hear positive news on the 27th, but hope is not certainty. While I am hoping, I hope that come next Spring we will be at the stockholder meeting smiling and voting some new stock options for a very successful management team.

While on the subject of stock options, let me say that I deplore the practice that many companies have of repricing management options to a lower price when the stock price drops. No one should be rewarded for a falling price! I have not heard this suggested at FSTW and don't expect it, I just wanted to express my views on the subject.
