Let them get distracted with dumb deals. Even if banks and government decide what ratio they should get, they will be in a Big Mess because their working cultures are too different. As it is, they are finger pointing at each other for their own problems. Koreans are so royal to their boss, many won't listen to new management. Can't expect they will make any meaningful progress combined together in near future. Extra bonus for Micron to buy time for next generation. Big is good era is over for them. Small is beautiful in their case. Big is nothing but liability, liability in Korea. Insook
