i would suggest there's very little tightening of the bollingers in the sense of the signal you would usually see before a true "move"....secondly.... bear markets don't crash....corrections do generally speaking....hence someone's earlier post about wanting to get it over as soon as possible even if we go to 4000.... unfortunately that's not how it works..... a bear market without slow torture...just isn't one.
