As usual you confuse your fantasy with reality. Last time I checked abortion was still allowed in all fifty states. The release of the GJ testimony was approved by a Court and by an Act of Congress. Get a grip. JLA

The difference here (and it wasn't the Republicans alone that did this - 2/3 of the Democrats also approved it) is that it was released prior to the trial. It was done legally and above board. Of course, some individual rights that have suffered some erosion would include 2nd amendment rights, rights over private property ownership, free speech (politically correct thinking being all the vogue), 4th amendment protections from illegal search and seizure (asset forfeiture rules), 9th and 10th amendment rights as the government takes control of ever increasing parts of daily life, etc.
