My sister recently purchased a 3.4 V NiMH replacement battery for her cordless phone from Radio Shack, and it was marked Saft. I presume Saft is the supplier of the A's C's and D's. Unfortunately, it didn't accept a charge, and she returned it for a NiCad. I don't know if it was a defective battery, or the phones charger wasn't right for it. The battery was of the 3 button type in a triangular pattern.

I purchased a 9 volt NiMH, but I have yet to test it. I have just returned from a 10 day trip.
