Spugs, over and over again you have posted about an ongoing freeze. Who gave you this information? Your posts are false and misleading. You are responding to this message from Spider Valdez on Oct 8 1998 12:24AM EST it is true that andy mann admit defeat. he come to company looking for free trading stock. stock freezed in dtc is 144. same 144 stock was used to back short for all firms named in suit. now aznt must name dtc in suit to lift freeze. MR. JUDD: The problem is the DTC has frozen everything. THE WITNESS: Now, it's off. THE WITNESS: The freeze at the DTC and from taking stock out of the -- for instance, if you wanted to order a certificate out into our own personal hands is still on. The freeze that -- from transferring one brokerage house to another is off and ended the 28th of August. This is very important. All one has to do is review ALL your posts regarding this (under all your aliases) to see that you really tied the squeeze to the freeze which has not existed for over two months... Why did you make that up, or did the company tell you this? Come clean for once.
