Ray -

I'm curious how you keep the ISDN bill down to $60 per month. Is your line provided by Pac Bell or are you in an area served by another phone company? Based on the rates they gave me, if I'm on 8 hours a day from 5:00 am until 1:00 pm using both ISDN channels, I'll pay 2 cents a minute from 8:00 am until 1:00 pm or $6/day or, assuming an average of 21 trading days per month, $126. Then there's the $32/month subscription fee so that's $158. Tack on $10 in various taxes and surcharges and it comes to $168. Realistically, it will be more because I'll be on line an add'l 1-3 hours from 1-5 pm. Nonetheless, I'm curious how you manage to keep the phone service portion of your bill at $60/month. Different vendor? Different rate schedule somehow like a grandfathered, old rate schedule? Should I be whispering some magic words into the ISDN sales rep's ear? Any info you can provide will be appreciated. TIA!
