The only thing investor's are "tied" to is their emotions
with a little, VERY LITTLE, economic analysis thrown in.
At present, most investors think DELL is a great stock
because it WAS going up. That is about as deep as 90% of
the general investors get. The major factor is the number two
market force - FEAR. (next to greed ). Look at the Russel 2000 index

Over the past two months is has been doing a Titanic. Total fear
(IMO) is about to hit the mutual funds and then you will see the retail
crowd put fear in high gear and swamp fund managers for immediete
redemption untill the markets settle. That is what I think investors
are tied too. IMHO fly to safety before all the planes have left
the ground. Then you'll be one of the first to land and get in on
the Christmas specials.
