The parliament sitting on Sat may be the first reading of the bill. It will probably take a few more days to get the 2nd and 3rd readings done. But as the Finance Minister says, November or earlier (I tend to think it will be earlier, since the initial timeline was "a year or so" from February). So it will be late October.

I think Creative has every incentive to report a good set of results, so they will try to use every permissable discretion to increase revenue and lower cost. Nothing illegal or anything, just that CFOs have quite a bit of leeway to shift items between reporting periods. Creative probably thinks the market has given up on it, and thus will try to deal with that perception by showing strong earnings.
