Thomas, in addition to the 8-k, a 14D9, and a 14D1. I subscribe to a free service that e-mails me when filings are made. partes.com for some reason I can't seem to post the direct links. I will try to e-mail them to you as attachments. Regards Steve

Thomas, try this: go to partes.com click "view todays filings" then:" Enter specific date 10/7/98" filter menu select "tender offers & solicitations" that should do it. good luck steve
