Laron, I appreciate yours (and others')response, however, there was a reason I asked this question of the thread, and not of the company. Last summer, when I first bought this stock, I learned that there were approximately 50 million shares which were held by 4 entities. Since we were all getting seduced by the idea of a short squeeze, deciding whether or not to accept the conversion deal, and calling for certificates, the status of these 50 million shares became increasingly important. When I called the company and asked about it, I was told that the 50 million shares were indeed held by 4 entities, and were in certificate form and not part of the free trading float. This was the primary factor I believed in when I decided to invest even more money into this company. A short time later, it was revealed that "some" of the 50M may have "leaked" out. "Some" quickly turned into "all", and a "leak" turned into a "flood" very quickly, and the stock suddenly sank like the Titanic. I can see how it could have happened without the company's knowledge. I am not calling anyone a liar or anything like that, but the fact is, there was false/incorrect/erroneous (whatever you want to call it) information which was provided by the company . This, combined with situations in other OTC stocks I was in, established my belief that information provided by the companies cannot be taken as Gospel. I will call the company again with my questions, and will weigh the response at that time. I may also go back on the threads and find some people who took the conversion deal at that time, and ask them too. It just seemed to me that Euto's moves after the leak of the 50M are totally inconsistent with the stated intent of the conversion offer in the first place. There could very well be a reasonable explanation to this; I just want to hear it. I will call the company and ask, but I am also going to keep seeking elsewhere too. I seem to remember Brad saying that he had actually received certificates which were sent to him by shareholders who accepted the offer. I do appreciate the response, however. I could be the only one here who cares about any of this, and don't want to litter your thread with posts on topics regarding this stock that people just don't want to read about. So, if anyone here does care about any of this, PM me and I will let you know what I find out. Thanks Again, :-) Binder
