Agreed, global factors are predominate at present. You can't ignore a tidal wave and still go fishing. But I disagree on the "cooperation" mentality that is sweeping the mind set. Socialism does not work economically. In every case in which major economic disruptions have occurred, it is the willingness to artifically tinker with market forces that ultimately causes a huge price in delayed economic corrections. We cannot leap into a frenzy of "let's all cooperate together" which in our case ALWAYS translates into the USA dumping huge amounts of tax dollars to prop up failed economic and social systems. We already won that war...let's not encourage insanity. If you live in a desert and are starving don't send food...send transportation. Let's motivate the failed systems to move to market economies, they WORK.
