KJ, All sounds good, but don't challenge these Reg holders. They probably could take it down to .50 if they wanted to. There was a lot of this kind of talk when ANCR was at $3 a while back. Look where we went from there. I'd agree that $1.25 is pretty safe if held for the long term. I'll take the 3:1 "odds" as you described. <gg> We just need more solid news. Buzz

KJ, great analysis of risk/reward..As I have alluded to in previous posts, I think that the Reg D guys having been bleeding out the shares in a relatively orderly fashion in the past 2 months and I would go as far as to say that they have successfully manipulated the price to hold at/above a buck. ANCR has weathered many DOW/SPX/NASDAQ storms in past 2 months..otherwise your $.50 scenerio would have already taken place. These guys need the stock to remain relatively liquid ( trading at/above $1 ), otherwise they would have already driven the stock to below $1 and caused the Nasdaq to consider de-listing to bulletin board. If they allowed this to happen, it could jeopardize their ability to sell their remaining positions. PS - when Kinnard upgraded ANCR from HOLD to BUY after the INRANGE announcement, I believe they also attached a conservative price target of $5.00 to their recommendation. If they meet/exceed the $5 target, that is a 5 bagger from this level.
