James, I expect confidentiality when I tell you this. Okay here goes - If you want to donate for an international cause, do it through a military friend, they are doing another Bosnia thing this year- they want gifts not money , and forget about tax receipts. In regards to North American kids hurting this winter - set yourself up as a last resort savior with a few of the helpers out there... Guaranteed it will be the best thing you have ever done.
