The Justice Departments suit is rumored to be in trouble and those e-mails demanded from Oracle and SUN are devastaing and supportive of MSFT's case. This lawsuit will be won by MSFT hands down.

Sure, Tim. Would you have something to back this up? Or is this like John Dowd, where the 4 day delay shows DoJ is in trouble? I'm quite used to Dowd's substantial posts, of course, and yours too.

There's been a lot of Microsoft email reported on too, but that was just "colorful language", and anyway, Bill can't remember a thing about it. Microsoft's most important trade secret: Bill's premature senility. Or if you prefer, deposition dependent amnesia, or "honesty" under the Microsoft definition. They're singing the praises of that variety of honesty in China, I hear.
