nasdaq is down over 50 points at the open. ifmx is down 25cents. does not look good. the only ray of hopw is that someone will come and buy informix in the next 6 months at 8 or 9$/shr.

I agree the price IFMX is paying for REDB is incredibly cheap. My question - why would REDB management sell so low???

They must be dreaming. Even though Red Brick has some good products. The ship is sinking under present management and execution. I sure hope that IFMX holds their ground on this issue. They should be grateful I did not negotiate it. Would of offered half of what generous Bob did. Laughing at these venture capitalists.….blood suckers
