come on...jmt..don't beat around the bush...are you accusing Dror of doing this?...or is this just another innocent comment??? Accuse is an interesting choice of words on your part. This is not illegal. The point that you missed......is Dror selling shares? If so, why would he be selling at these levels? In addition, becoming fully reporting is generally a prelude to a exchange listing. I believe AMEX requires a minimum $3 share price. Can anyone speculate how one gets a 15 cent share price to $3 quickly and without demonstrated improvements in fundamentals????? Will the white tail lights shine their guiding light on EDII shareholders? jmt
