GJ testimony was also leaked to the public. President Clinton was entrapped. Starr went beyond his mandate, possibly illegally, to get at Clinton. The Republican Congress plans to ignore the "High Crimes and misdemeanour" definition for impeachment, and go forward anyway. The only thing that can stop the Republican attempt to overthrow a democratically elected President, is the democratic process of voting, by the people, in November. It's funny. If the people want to save their democracy, they must do it by using their right to vote. Hence: Democracy saves democracy. << How, even if Clinton is removed from office, would any power be removed from the office of the Presidency? >> The power being removed from the President's office is not as important as the power being removed from the voting public.
