Well, you are right as far as the Dow is concerned, but SPX is now below the 20 % decline line and is quickly approaching its previous low of this downturn. I wonder how long the Dow can decouple itself from this trend. And once the Dow has given in ...

Definitely some funny business with quote feeds. Today, Signal had INDU above 7900 for over 5min. Yesterday, OEX and SPX data were unavailable for ~20min. Strange.

We appear to be stalled for the moment. Did someone bump into the suspended animation button?
