Valueman, seems like Mitsubishi is prime on Optus C1, with SS/L in charge of bus, etc. Kind of different way to do this, isn't it?

Optus Communications of Australia has awarded Mitsubishi Electric Corp (Melco) and Space Systems/Loral (SS/L) a contract to build and launch a new $500 million communications satellite, Optus C1, in late 2000 or early 2001.
