I agree with you on Internet stocks. But How low can go DELL and CISCO? I think this thing will turn around when speculators realize that the economy of the tech sector is still very alive and almost not slowing. The recent downgrade of CISCO by an analyst who says that banks will cut their spending in technology makes no sense to me. TECHNOLOGY SAVES BANK'S MONEY because it automate services. In Canada, banks even get tax credit to spend on technology. Time to buy is soon, very soon.
