Going down on margin hurts even more. First of all I would wait until the still growing cash piles go back into stock. In a strong down trend buying on margin is the first step to suicide.

You might want to wait till the impeachment hearing ends to do anything. Who knows how low Nas-dead will go. Dell at 40 still has a PE of about 50. CSCO at 40 still has a PE of 50, MSFT at 89 has a PE of 55. They might still have a way to go down before it rebounds. But all these companies have a EPS growth rate of 30%+, so people might still pay a 40 PE for them. I personally will wait for DELL, CSCO to go down to 35 and MSFT hit 75 before buying.
