The big arbs houses have been real pussies in the market lately. I saw CYBR get trashed 25% on the exchanges because of a measly two week technical delay in HSR approval. Of course the deal went through two weeks later.

I guess for this deal, financing is still a risk. It didn't sound very problematic from the press release though.

One other thing though. Why is the CEO only tendering 30% of the shares he owns and not all of them if the deal is 'secure'?

Just talked with MacKenzie Partners about the extension of tender offer to Nov 23. They said the extension would not delay the payment for my shares. This sounded interesting, because I was expecting my $$$ by end of November. So, I asked when I can expect to be paid for my shares. They said "by the first of the year."

If I had known this would take so long, I would perhaps have sold them on the open market.
