It's a potential cash crunch if they have to work within their own cash flow. The private placement opportunities may no longer be viable in this market environment.

A $10 m market cap is plenty for this stock IMO, which would be $5/8.

With many indexes hitting their yearly lows, there is little buying around. Many small funds and money managers are going to cash. I haven't heard of any negative developments at the company, but I see the same pattern repeating throughout the small cap sector. No news, a block of stock for sale, and no buyers. Even small companies paying dividends are getting hit. My LaserSmile toothbrush continues to work very nicely despite the stock market turmoil. I left it home while away for a couple days, and was amazed at the difference I felt. One of the first things I did on getting home was use my Laser brush. I'm convinced it really does a better job.
