Yes..combining several audits at one time will save $$$. Three or four audits is a lot bigger ticket for the CPA firm and therefore they can discount the overall price tag. FWIW, I agree, that Tom has a game plan and appears to moving in the right direction. Hopefully, the company will announce something soon about financing for these acquisitions, if they are not using stock, and which CPA firm will be doing the audits for the company to become fully reporting.
