Usually...but not always. Common misconception that lower rates prevents recessions. Take a look at Japan.

Just bought CPQ at 23 1/16 and DELL at 41 13/16. I smell panic on this thread for the first time in a LONG time...this is good. DELL might go to $35 for all I know, but I feel I got a good price for her.
