What a way to run a business! Glenn, I bet they didn't teach you about Amazon's formula for success (in the stock market) in the MBA program. This is sure to become a case analysis similar to HP, IBM, GM and others - only that it will be more like "Amazon - an analysis of the crash of internet momentum plays of the late 90s".
