Just got off the phone with Jack Day here's some of what I was told. Jack came across as a very straight forward person and invited me out to take a tour of the properties. 1. Day Mining Inc. is privately held. 2. Jack Day is obviously the principal. 3. He has several properties: a. two gold mining properties b. gypsum mine (product is being sold for agri use in California ) c. gypsum mine (pharmicuetical grade, presently has deal with James Hardy Corp. for 2k ton/mon., working on putting deal together on pharm. use will need $500k to put in pharm. grade plant) d. limestone mine (agricultureal/industrial use 30 ton/mon) 4. Deal was made with Tony Pappas, said he just met Jeffery for the first time "seemed like a nice guy" 5. 500 ton mill is at Laughlin 4 miles from the dam using water from the lake for floatation process. I typed all this from memory and what few notes I took as we talked so don't expect me to guarantee the accuracy of this post. Talking to Jack I definitely got the idea that the ball was in IDCN's court, he has product and he has customers all he needs in money from IDCN to get the ball rolling. RD
