Doug,

Its a valid idea. It would seem there is less likelihood of speculative attacks against the Real.

On another point, Does anyone think the market just maybe had discounted a 50 basis point rate cut last week instead of the 25 we got!!

Who knows anymore Doug. An observation though...this stock has been acting like it really wants to go up. The fear factor seems to have stabilized somewhat. Through all the US market weakness this week TBR has been displaying some characteristics I haven't seen for a while.

That said, watch it drop 10 points.
