A response from George Bentley from the SP GROUP indicated that the financials have been handed to the auditor and should be complete now by the end of OCTOBER for release 2-3 weeks later so my guess is that they should be released by the end of NOVEMBER. I had a whole list of other questions of which Mr. Bentley passed on to MR. Tilton and I am at this point still waiting for a response. Thing happen in BB's to delay things, perhaps the unfortunate thing here was for Mr. Tilton to state that they would be done in Sept. I will post any more answers I receive
