TC: It is not a set time. After they finish the debate, which was to last two hours. Of course, it can never be done in that amount of time, with upjections, etc. I would guess in the next hour and a half, approx 1:45pm EDT. Unless they break for lunch first, then 2:30pm EDT. Given the way the market is going today, I bet the lunch will last until after 4pm. They don't want to be the excuse CNBS uses tonight as to why the markets are down. mdb
