most laws (not just laws about sex) on the books in this country are so "archaic," that nobody even thinks of enforcing them.

Just when it seemed the Govm't was getting out of the sex regulation business the feminists dragged them back in.

To show how truly scary this can be - do you remember the case a few years back where a couple was convicted of lewd behavior in public, because a neighbor, peeking through their venetian blinds (that were not completely closed), was able to videotape their sexual encounter. No charges were brought against the peeping tom either for peeping or for taping that I remember.
