The last time Acompura opened his mouth the DOW tanked 300 pt. If we tank 300 pt today, we shall close very near 7400 which will build up a cooker pressure for tomorrow. Hold on to your CL, the premium actually increases.

Covered KRB again at 14 1/8. If it pops its head to near $15 today, it will be another automatic. Gold is not participating. I think the street has bought into the hedge fund unwinding story and therefore believe US$ has hit a bottom near term.

GIFI is still bloated. Kid you not. But do protect your profit. In OSX stocks however, I don't see anything that will protect them short term.

As usual, my timing is perfect. I bought a few (very few) ASA Jan 2000 25 calls at mid-day and since then ASA has tanked 5/8 of a point. I can't bear to look at the option price, but fortunately I bought loads of time. Wake me up and remind to look at this again when gold hits 325.

Oh, and PVN down 8 points and NDE down another 3/8. Nice day despite the options timing problem.
