In this market good earnings get s punished. Take a look at what happened to AMD and YHOO.

Cg, I agree as long as the market goes the wayside as it has been doing lately Compaq's numbers on Wed are immaterial. Good earnings mean nothing in this context (i.e. GE YHOO). Me thinks we just have to ride this out, let the dust settle and then the big boys will reevaluate the earnings and forward looking statements for 3qrt and move on from there.
