This and before and after marketing trading by institutional firms and not the individual investor is just another example of how the small investor is shafted.
Hard to justify how a higher price for a stock isn't taken advantage for a seller.

Also had a bid in at 1 3/16. My intuition is that the large share orders were scooped up by the market maker,who then,working with a thin float,was able to raise the the bid and ask for us retail suckers. This style of market manipulation does not entice me to be a shareholder. The spread on this stock is also slightly obscene.

Wondering if you have looked into the xeno-transplant research being done by La Jolla Pharmaceuticals?
