jeffrey what if we look at what the leaders of the world, could do to relieve the believed recession pressures ,as sansone said their customers only precieved and inventory problem, because of asia ,and as it turn out they were wrong, anyway what would change things preceptively and substancially, heres a few little lever adjustments,IMF supports brazil, they in turn sell state own biz and reduce goverment spending, fed.s reduce short term rates by 50bases points, europe does likewise, japan allows their banks to default and take some of the huge amount of money they have stash for their seniors to loan their asian partners and grow their economy, that would be penny wise instead of yen foolish not use that cash.Surely even you would agree that would go a long way to adver a recession. My point is that we dont have to sit here and just take it we are empowered to help are selfs.jmhopatroller

I agree. I sold my 500 shares this morning at 35 1/2 (I had a cost basis of about 30). Its one of my few gainers in this market and the downside looks more imposing than the upside at this point. I imagine I'll be back in at some point, but meanwhile I'll wait and see what happens in the next few weeks.
