Seer, the other momentum we may enjoy when the TISS site comes up, is buying from new buyers just looking for a place to recovery losses. If WINR gets some press and there is talk of the potential, buying could be sparked not only on its merits but also on the price rise in and of itself. I know more than one person right now who is not just looking to stop the slide in their portfolio, but also someplace to make some of this loss back. And once a site is up and running and producing revenue, WINR moves one step away from "high risk" and a big step toward "high growth projection." But we have to start with an operating site.
