<< Are you trying to imply there is a correlative relationship of "responsiblity" to having sex out of marriage and the resultant child, with farmers, bureaucrats and the world's agricultural economic system? >>

The underlying concept is the same - everyone should be responsible for the results of their decisions and their actions. However, the effect on society when errors of judgement are made are decidedly different. Although out-of-wedlock births have a negative impact on society, I don't think that effect is in any way comparable to the effect of having farmers go out of business, or having the world economy collapse. That being said, even though the farmers should take responsibility for their actions, society can't afford to have them go under. Therefore some system of support is needed. Same for the world economy. Where the discussion is needed, IMHO, is in what type of support should be provided.
