Yes. That would cause me to get back in, but probably not totally. It will all depend. But probably that would set up a good tradable relief rally.

The big scarry thing we have here is the mutual funds. This selling has been hedgie unwinding, individuals, margin accounts, traders, some funds on the margin. But the public investing with retirement money, while it has tended to be allocating new money to money markets, has not been wholesale switching out of equity funds, from what I can see.

When pundits are forced to admit that we must be in a bear market, and some economists are predicting (to begin with) a mild recession next year...I think we'll get some public bailing. Nothing like total, but a lot.
